Where can I check my flight booking details?
You can always give us a call and we can resend your confirmation. You can also view your booking details online on the respective airline’s website under “My bookings” from the account menu.
What is an E-Ticket and where can I find it?
E-tickets (also called electronic ticket code) is a 14-digit digital record stored in the airline’s reservations system. Your airline may require either your e-ticket number or PNR (Airline reference) when checking in. Both are available in the confirmation email or printed ticket under eTicket number or eTicket Receipt(s).
What is my Airline PNR?
In your confirmation (email or printed), look for the Airline Reference or Airline Reservation code in the booking details section.
My name is spelled incorrectly. Will I be denied boarding?
Airlines do not allow name changes. Always provide your name exactly as on your passport. Name corrections may incur airline/agency fees or require cancellation (as per fare rules) and rebooking with the correct name.
Can I select my seat?
Many airlines charge for advance seat selection. If requested, we will pre-assign a seat on your behalf; however, airlines may change seats without notice.
Do I need to book a ticket for an infant (under 2 years)?
Yes. Please provide exact age; fares are calculated accordingly. All international travelers, including infants, require valid tickets and appropriate travel documents (passport/visa).
Note: Only one infant may be booked per adult.
Changes
I want to change my booking dates. How?
Date changes depend on the fare rules for your ticket and vary by airline. Contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
Important: If your fare is non-changeable, we cannot override airline policy.
Is it possible to change the name on the ticket?
Airlines do not allow name changes or transfers. If the name doesn’t match the passport, the ticket must be cancelled as per rules and rebooked with the correct name.
Who can make changes to my booking?
We can only discuss or modify bookings with a listed traveler, the credit card holder, or another authorized person.
I received a notification that my flight was changed.
Contact your Travel Expert to accept the change and get an updated itinerary or review alternatives. If no suitable options exist, a refund may be possible per supplier terms and conditions.
I’m not sure of my new date. Can I keep the ticket open?
This depends on airline rules. If permitted, you must travel within the ticket’s validity; applicable change fees, agency fees, and fare differences apply.
Cancellation
How can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation eligibility and cost depend on fare rules and airline policy. Please contact Gaba Travel Surrey at least 24 hours before departure with reservation code, passenger names, and contact details.
Note: Written consent with government-issued photo ID is required to proceed.
Will I be charged if I cancel?
Fees vary by fare rules/airline. Some tickets are non-refundable. If a ticket is non-refundable, we cannot change that policy.
How long does a refund take?
Generally 1–2 weeks, depending on the airline’s final decision. Some refunds may be issued as airline credits/vouchers. Your bank’s timelines may also affect final posting.
